Kavita has over 30 years experience. She has a Master's in Science, an MBA, and a PhD - all from Cambridge University, UK She started out as the Head of Corporate Communication in a Swedish FMCG company in Budapest, Hungary. She handled Eastern Europe, Russia, and CIS states in this capacity. After a hiatus to take care of her ailing mother, she returned to the workforce and joined Tech Mahindra in 2023. She started at the bottom and worked her way to middle management, handling a team of 40 associates. Her expertise lies in communications, training LLM models, workforce management, and project management.
